I haven't done much pallet knife painting lately, so here is a close up of my picture of flowers. I love building layers of paint with pallet knife strokes, adding to an impasto effect. Couple this with sgraffito on the background and the effect is depth to a painting that is really quite satisfying. I'm still working on finding a style that is truly me but there are lots of aspects I feel comfortable with already.
