This is a Dieffenbachia picta Camilla, you will often see these sold in supermarkets as foliage plants (tis where I got this one). . . . The popularity it has hides the fact it can be a very tricky plant to keep happy and healthy. A healthy plant can grow over 5ft and give a false palm look to a room. Especially good with the beautifully coloured leaves. However in the wrong conditions, of which there can be many, the plant can drop flowers, become tall and thin and eventually die off. . . .
